Yes. Supply and installation are quoted together as a single fixed price after a site measure, so there is no separate stone supplier invoice to chase and one person is accountable for the finished result.
Rather than asking you to pick stone off a screen or under warehouse lighting, we bring curated samples to your home so you can hold them against your own brick, render and natural light before anything is ordered. There is no charge for this.
Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Hunter Valley and Port Stephens. If you are just outside those areas it is still worth asking, as we do travel for larger jobs.
Installation is charged per square metre and depends on the finish you choose, grout join or tight join, on a 5 square metre minimum covering labour, glue, grout and travel. Stone is supplied on top of that. The estimate tool on the cladding page gives you a guide installation figure, and your fixed all-in price is confirmed after a free site visit.
Grout join has a grout line between each stone, which is the more common and more affordable finish. Tight join sets the stones hard against each other with no visible grout, for a cleaner, more seamless look. We can show you both on samples so you can see the difference before you decide.
Yes. Matched sandstone repair and repointing are regular work alongside new installations. Matching the colour, texture and joint profile of what is already there is the part that takes the time.
